Q: What is Volicious?
A: Volicious is a blend of “Vol” and “delicious,” celebrating Knoxville culture, University of Tennessee spirit, and bold creative expression. It represents pride, personality, and a love for all things vibrant and unapologetically Vol.

Q: Are you officially affiliated with the University of Tennessee?
A: Not at the moment. Our products are inspired by Tennessee pride and Knoxville culture, but Volicious is not affiliated with or licensed by the University of Tennessee. We design original artwork and avoid using UT trademarks or protected marks.

Ordering and Products

 

Q: What sizes do you offer?

A: Most apparel pieces are available in sizes S–XXL. Select drops or limited editions may include extended sizing - check product descriptions for exact details. 

 

Q: How do your shirts fit?

A: Our tees are designed to feel soft, comfortable, and flattering - not stiff or boxy. Most styles are true-to-size with a relaxed fit. If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more oversized look.

Q: Do you restock items?

Some items are restocked, but many pieces - especially seasonal or limited editions - will not return. Follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter for restock alerts.

Q: Are Volicious stickers waterproof?

A: Yes. Volicious stickers are made from durable, waterproof vinyl designed to withstand everyday use. They’re perfect for water bottles, laptops, coolers, and outdoor gear, with strong adhesive and vibrant prints that hold up over time.

Shipping and Delivery

 

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–4 business days depending on your location and chosen shipping method. You’ll receive tracking as soon as it’s on the way.

Q: Do you offer tracking information?
A: Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we ship only within the United States.

Returns and Exchanges

Q: What is your return/exchange policy?
A: We want you to love your gear! If something isn’t right, you can request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Please see our Returns and Refunds page for more information. 

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: If you need to update or cancel your order, contact us within 12 hours of purchase and we’ll do our best to help before it ships.
