Shipping Policy

Thanks for supporting our Cookeville-based brand. This policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your order—and what to do if something goes wrong.

 

1) Order Processing

 

In-stock items: We generally hand off orders to the carrier within 3–5 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. holidays) after payment.

 

No weekend/holiday shipping.

 

Verification holds: Orders may be delayed by invalid addresses, billing mismatches, or fraud-prevention checks. We’ll contact you if needed.

 

2) Shipping Methods, Rates & Estimates

 

Carriers: Primarily USPS and UPS; available service levels show at checkout.

 

Rates: Calculated at checkout by destination, weight, and service. Outbound shipping is non-refundable once shipped.

 

Delivery times: Carrier transit times are estimates and not guaranteed; weather, volume, or other events can extend delivery.

 

Split shipments: We may ship items separately (no extra cost) to speed delivery.

 

3) Notifications & Tracking

 

Order confirmation email after purchase.

 

Shipping confirmation with tracking once the carrier scans your package.

 

Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after pickup. Check spam if emails don’t arrive.

 

4) Address Accuracy & Changes

 

Your responsibility: Provide a complete and accurate address (include apartment/suite).

 

Undeliverable/incorrect addresses: If returned to us, we can reship (additional postage may apply) or refund item price (less shipping) if eligible.

immediately. We’ll try to help, but changes aren’t guaranteed once an order is submitted or labeled.

 

 

5) Delivery, Risk of Loss & Missing Packages

 

Risk of loss passes at delivery scan: Title and risk transfer to you when the carrier shows “Delivered” to your address. We’re not responsible for packages after a valid delivery scan.

 

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t find it:

 

Wait 24 hours (early scans happen).

 

Check with household members, neighbors, building/management.

 

Contact the carrier to open a trace or delivery inquiry.

 

As a courtesy, for first-time incidents we may offer a discounted replacement at our discretion.

 

Stalled in transit: If tracking shows no movement, contact the carrier to open a claim; you can also email us and we’ll assist where possible (outcomes are carrier-dependent).

 

6) Signature Confirmation & Safe Delivery

 

Signature Required is available for higher-value orders (extra fee). It reduces theft risk after delivery.

 

We generally do not ship to pickup lockers or third-party consolidators without Signature Required.

 

 

7) International Shipping

 

Availability: We ship to select countries; options and rates display at checkout.

 

Duties/taxes/fees: Shipped DAP/DDU (unpaid)—the recipient is responsible for all import duties, VAT/GST, brokerage, and related fees charged by the destination country.

 

Customs delays: Timing is outside our control; local customs may extend delivery.

9) Undeliverable, Refused, or Unclaimed Packages

 

If a package returns to us as refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable, we’ll notify you. We can reship (additional postage may apply) or refund the item price (less shipping) if the product is return-eligible.

 

 

10) Items Damaged in Transit

 

Keep all packaging.

 

Email info@volicious.com

within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the box, label, and item.

 

We’ll advise next steps and assist with a carrier claim.

 

 

11) Force Majeure

 

We’re not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, carrier network issues, governmental actions).

 

 

12) Changes/Cancellations

 

We ship promptly and can’t guarantee changes or cancellations after an order is submitted. Email us ASAP; if the order hasn’t reached packing/shipping, we’ll try to help.
